Cho Dang House serves traditional Korean cuisine specializing in tofu. The tofu is hand-made and 100% organic. The dishes were inspired & originated from the Cho Dang tofu village in the Kangwon province of South Korea. Everything is hand-prepared with care using only simple & natural ingredients. No MSG or artificial preservatives are used to prepare any of the dishes.
About the Owners
Originally from South Korea, Chef Nan Young Suh has over thirty years of experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry. She is the former founder and owner of a Michelin rated, and NY Times featured restaurant in New York City. Chef Suh enjoys cooking, wellness, and trying new cuisine in her free time.
June Suh is a native New Yorker who has grown up in the restaurant industry. She enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, beauty, and wellness.
